
Hayford Kofi Oduro is a chartered member of Ghana Institution of Surveyors and Institute of Procurement and Supply, United Kingdom. He has over 20 years industrial experience in Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, Procurement and Supply, Transport Management and Health and Safety disciplines.
Hayford began his career with Lands Commission, Sunyani in 1999 as a National Service Person which gave him a head start and foundation in land administration and management. From 2001 to 2004 he worked with Dupaul Wood Treatment (Ghana) Limited in Takoradi as an Estates officer and thereafter moved to Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT, Accra as Facilities Manager.
In 2007, he joined Ghana Community Network Services Limited (GCNet) as Facilities and General Services Coordinator where he worked for 13 years. In this role, Hayford managed the deployment and maintenance of properties and other facilities requirements as part of the company’s mandate to the Ghana Revenue Authority.
He has vast experience and extensive knowledge in the management of industrial, commercial, residential and educational properties and has a passion to provide safe, secured and conducive working environment for internal and external customers.
Hayford holds a BSc. Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi and an Executive MBA in Project Management from University of Ghana, Legon. He has attended numerous professional courses and workshops both in Ghana and abroad.
