Update on court case and payment options
UPDATES ON COURT CASE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. We have created an SMS Platform as additional communication channel with our cherished tenants and other customers.
2. The court case between the Ghana National Association of Garages (GNAG) and SSNIT/ GICEL was determined on 21 st October, 2020 at the Accra High Court in favour of SSNIT/ GICEL. A copy of the judgement is available in our office for verification and clarification upon request.
3. We are in the process of compiling the list of rent defaulters for the court’s urgent action to recover all rent in arrears with interest or towards ejection.
4. Some of the funds that will be raised through the rent collection will be used in carrying out some refurbishment works in the estate to create conducive working environment for our tenants.
5. Tenants are therefore being advised to settle their indebtedness to us (rent in arrears) as soon as possible.
6. Payment could be made at our Finance Department or through any of the details
