What happens after we receive your application.
Your application will be evaluated by a Committee. Successful applicants will receive an offer letter and a tenancy agreement.
Successful applicants will be required to make the following payments.
- Application fee
- Processing fee
- One year rent advance
- Fee for installation of meter
- Cost of Fire Extinguisher
