Board Chairman – Kwame Antwi
Mr. Kwame Antwi is a Private Management Consultant.
Kwame began his career with the then State Fishing Corporation (SFC) of Ghana in 1972 as Assistant Personnel Manager.
He worked with the SFC until October, 1979 when he resigned and migrated to Canada.
Between January 1980 and October 2002, Kwame worked with the Ontario Public Service, Toronto as a Human Resource Specialist.
He returned to Ghana in October 2002 to join the Continental Consultants (Ghana) Ltd as a Principal Consultant.
Between October 2006 and December 2007, Kwame was engaged by the Ministry of Public Sector Reform as one of the Consultants (Technical Team) that undertook a nationwide Job Evaluation exercise and came up with a new Public Service Salary Structure (The Single Spine Salary Structure).
Kwame obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 1977 and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 1972, both from the University of Ghana Legon.
